## Where we ship
We deliver to more than 25,000 pincodes across India through our courier partners (via Shiprocket).

## Shipping charges
- **Free shipping** on orders above ₹999
- A flat fee of ₹79 on orders below ₹999

## Dispatch time
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within **1–2 business days**. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

## Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll send the courier name and tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime on our [Track Order](/track) page with your order number and phone number.

## Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

## Delivery attempts
The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package can't be delivered, it returns to us and we'll contact you to reship it.
